Your Agreement with The Pixels Haus

By hiring The Pixels Haus, you agree to the following terms.

Working Together

You’re hiring The Pixels Haus as an independent contractor to provide the services you’ve purchased. If we need to access your website, you’re giving us permission to access and edit all your website files. You also authorize us to install necessary WordPress plugins for security and maintenance.

Copyright and Content

You are responsible for the content on your website. The Pixels Haus is not liable for any of your website’s content.

Pricing and Payments

Prices are subject to change without notice. By becoming a client, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all services. If you need to cancel a recurring payment or change your payment method, please contact us before the due date.

Cancellations and Refunds

You can cancel any monthly service after your first 30 days. Please note that once a service has begun, we do not offer refunds unless otherwise stated and authorized by The Pixels Haus.

Refusal of Service

The Pixels Haus has the right to refuse service to any individual, website, or blog that contains offensive, obscene, hateful, or malicious content.

Website Modifications by You or Third Parties

If we’ve built a WordPress site for you, you can edit it yourself. However, if you or another party makes changes that damage the site’s design or functionality, we will charge an hourly rate of $50 (with a one-hour minimum) to fix it. This cost is separate from your regular monthly plan.

Limitation of Liability

Your satisfaction is important to us, but there are limits to the guarantees we can provide.

• We can’t guarantee that our services or your website will be completely error-free or uninterrupted. You use them at your own risk.
• The Pixels Haus is not liable for any lost profits, data, or other damages that might result from using our services or your website, even if we’ve been made aware of the possibility of such damages.
• We can’t guarantee that your website will be safe from viruses, hacking, or other security issues. The Pixels Haus is not liable for any such security intrusions.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting your payment, you agree to these terms. The Pixels Haus may change these terms at any time without notice. If you’re using our services on behalf of an organization, you agree to these terms for that organization. This document represents the full agreement between us, and any changes must be in writing and signed by both parties.
